Gina is very Professional. She gets things done accordingly, very responsive and a fair person to work with. She completes tasks when she says she is. If I could give Gina and her team 6 stars I would! As a very seasoned investor, I have worked with dozens of agents, so I can say that Gina is one of the best. She is a dream come true for investors with her knowledge, connections, professionalism, and negotiation skills. I want to invest more in this market for a large part because of the deals she can bring and ability to close them.

Gina Shumway just helped my husband and I buy our first investment property! We had really no idea what we were doing and she was so super helpful and explained so much to us, as well as giving much needed advice, running countless ARVs for us and taking us to see multiple homes.
