Before stepping into the world of real estate, Gina Shumway built a career as a nurse practitioner—an experience that sharpened her ability to listen, lead, and thrive under pressure. Today, she brings that same focus and heart to her work as the founder of a thriving investment business and as the owner of Titan Group. She’s also recognized as a Top 300 Real Producer.
Gina’s real estate expertise spans investments from single family to large multifamily, land development, and new construction. As an active investor herself, she brings real-world knowledge and proven strategies to help everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors succeed.
Known for her hands-on approach and deep market insight, Gina is passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate. Whether she’s guiding someone through their first property purchase or leading a complex development deal, she’s a trusted advisor who knows how to deliver results.
Gina is gregarious, driven, and thrives on a challenge. She resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband, four children, and two dogs.
